Booking & Cancellation Policy

Plans change so here's how it works. Cancel 14 or more days before your arrival date and any prepayments you've made are fully refunded. Cancel between 7 and 13 days out, and half of your prepayment comes back to you. Inside the 7-day window, prepayments are non-refundable.

Payment Terms: Half of your total stay is charged at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.

Security Deposit: A CAD $300 pre-authorization is placed on your card on your arrival day and released automatically 2 days after checkout.
